Want to encourage young people in your church to go to 3Generate2025? Here is some stuff you need to know!
The ticket prices for 2025 has not been released yet, however in the past it has been £120 per young person which includes accommodation and food for the weekend.
The District subsidises a third of this, and it is suggested that circuits and churches could support the young person in either paying the rest of the ticket or supporting travel costs.
If you are booking tickets, please send evidence of the tickets to admin@yorkshirenemethodist.org with bank details, and repayment of 1/3 per ticket will be organised.
No – each circuit or church needs to take their own group, however if you have a small number of young people, you could talk to your neighbouring circuits and see if you can take a join group.
We will also be aiming to help connect groups together so that travel can be shared to help save money.
The NEC in Birmingham is a series of huge exhibition rooms, and 3Generate form campsites within these halls for people to sleep in.
Each group is given a group of tents, with leaders provided camp beds, and children/young people sleeping pads.
Travelling to the NEC is the responsibility of each circuit/church who take a group however the District will be helping connect groups who are travelling in areas where travel could be shared.
There is plenty of parking at the NEC so mini-buses can be kept there for the weekend.
If you want to be kept up to date with information – you can check the 3Generate connexional website here 3Generate 2025 – The Methodist Church
You can also sign up here to let us know if you are hoping you might take a group of children and young people this year. In signing up here we will contact you with the link to the tickets when they open and we will help connect your group with neighbouring circuits and churches.
